I purchased this radio for my step-nephew for Arbor Day. Everything was going great until he got shocked by the wires inside it. First of all my step-nephew is a genius and he can fix all electronics because he is inquisitive. He opened this radio to see how it was doing and all of the sudden, he got shocked for third degree burns on his chest. The radio overall is of adequate build. The buttons are smoothe and tender. I would recommend it but I won’t buy it again. –Thanks

This is not a radio. It is a noise generator which when you turn it on it will emit distorted music and words. It sinmply is nothing but a piece of junk that some poor pre=pubescent Chinese child put together under dim lights.

Nice little radio, but reception is really lacking.
Bought it because where I play it, it’s sure to be stolen sooner or later.
But it was so cheap, I won’t be out of a lot of money if it walks.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 90 year old father. Will be giving it to him on 5/16 and at the time, I’ll be better qualified to write a review.

At the time I ordered the radio I made a stupid oversight by assuming all radios are now digital tuning. This radio requires you to tune in stations with a knob and is extremely difficult to keep on a station. As long as you are extremely close to a radio tower I am sure it gets good reception but otherwise I do not recommend. I would never buy another dial set radio.
