First, I will say that I do not own this Sony iPod dock.
I am still searching for a dock and looked at this model
last nite at Fry’s Electronic. After looking at it, I
am glad I didn’t pay $60 for this one. The sound is not
much better than my HP laptop’s speakers and it looks sort
of cheap. I think that at most, it should sell for
around $39 TOPS.
I’m still looking, but it won’t be this one.

I have commented and said the product was over priced, then some one e-mailed me promissing an Amazon gift card if I removed my comment – I did remove the comment and the gift card never arrived therefore, I am stating my opinion again; it is a good product but way overpriced like any Sony product – and this time I will not remove my comment even if I was promised the world – and this is my own personal opinion.

I own both iPod and iPhone. I thought this
would be a perfect way to juice my iPhone and
have a clock/alarm. The shell is cheap thin plastc. The
connector to charge the iPhone
does not go in easily. You have to play with the
you push your device onto the connector.
I would of not bought this item if I knew. How cheaply
it was made. Probably cost $5 to produce.
I would not recommend. Wait for a better quality
product.

This product works great with an iphone – no interference at all. The sound quality is not great, but it’s acceptable for listening to soft iphone music in the bedroom. We use it in our toddler’s room, and he loves it.
