Up, down, up, down, the price of this item goes up and down as often as an experienced “lady of the evening”!
Amazon: PICK A PRICE!
This item went for a low of appx. $138, and has been dancing around $150 to $180 of late. I check it every day, and sometimes a couple of times a day, and am AMAZED that Amazon changes the price multiple times DURING THE DAY. How is this fair? Do you take your customers for fools, Amazon?
If this is standard practice, how can we be assured of getting the best price?
In addition to price, I seek a seller who is STABLE.
In this case, it appears that Amazon is being very UNSTABLE.

At first I hated this radio because it didn’t have FM/AM. Its just stupid not to, plus I have a FM transmitter so I can get Sirius on all my stereo equipment! But I got over that. I got a sirius internet account, and was fairly happy for about a week or so.
But now, every time I listen to sirius radio, it plays for about 5-10 minutes and then the sound goes dead and the radio reboots! It does it every time u turn it on. I’ve had it do it a dozen times in a row. WTF!!!!!

I purchased this radio several years ago and while I can get it to work for a few months, any upgrade knocks it out. Customer support has been mixed. When I do find someone who knows what they are talking about, I can usually get it fixed. I shouldn’t need to get customer support as often as I do and it is not me, it is the Squeezebox Radio. I am disappointed and wish I never would have purchased the product.
I don’t know how long a critique will stay up; the company seems to get any negative comments knocked off. Too bad-it is more hype than quality. I am glad that others have not had the problems I have had.

Its a nice radio, sounds ok but I wanted internet radio on my stereo. This product does not connect to your home stereo. I bought a Grace Solo internet radio tuner insteadGrace Digital GDI-IRA500 (SOLO) WiFi Internet Radio Tuner. I am very happy with the Grace product.
