    It plays music.

I have yet to figure out why people can’t hear me talk into it but I can hear them.

    The plug is humongous

Volume won’t go very high before it starts sounding bad

I don’t know what that stand is good for but it aint my phones ( BB Curve, Pearl, HTC Fuze & Nokia E51 )

Every 1 of them fell out.

But for around 50 its ok.

i got this for Christmas. not happy with it. it does not even dock your IPOD it has a tacky cord that plugs into 3.5 audio jack. you can not control your Ipod with remote. and bluetooth function is a pain….I just found out i had til the 14th of this month to return it…not even enough time to evaluate it…

Just as others reviewed, poor placement of buttons, poor sound, after one week no alarm late for work.

I use this product paired with a HTC Sprint Mogul. Voice quality on the speaker phone is more than acceptable but not stellar. Where this product really shines is the stereo music function. I listen to a couple of audio books a week on my Mogul. With the IHC5S I can set a sleep timer before I go to bed which is the one function I missed from my iPod. Also works great with [..] if you are an XM subscriber. I used to bring my XM radio in from the car now I just use my Mogul and the IHC5S.

I just ordered two of these because the price was so good, 80% off. One was intended as a gift. Well I think I know why they are so discounted; iHome puts a ‘features’ sticker on the speaker grill that, incredibly, doesn’t come off (easily). You’ld think they would use those info stickers made of plastic film that peel right off. No, they used regular paper with an adhesive that doesn’t want to let go. With some work and some solvent you’ll get it off, but is that really what you want to be doing for 30 minutes after unpacking a new product? Also, the sound isn’t that great.
