As of a judgment today, it appears that Pandora will begin charging, as early as this month (July 2009) a $0.99 per month fee for users using more than 40 hours in a month. Since 40 hours is nothing, this may affect anyone who listens overnight, or throughout the day. And, this may just be the start of how much Pandora charges to use their previously free internet radio service.
Does this change entitle people to a refund for the product which advertised FREE internet radio service?

At this point I have not been able to connect the Grace GDI-IR2000 Digital Audio Wifi Radio to my U-Verse wireless.
The company has been trying to solve the problem via e-mail, and they have been responsive so far, but without a solution!

If you wish to spend several hours being completely frustrated by an inability to connect this piece of garbage to the internet prior to being forced to spend another $7+ to send it back, then this is the item for you.
Be sure to go to the Grace website in an attempt to find a solution: you won’t be fully frustrated until you experience that godawful excuse for a customer support site.
I WOULDN’T ACCEPT THIS ITEM IF IT WAS FREE.

I understand that sometimes routers in the home won’t recognize a DCHP IP address and I don’t mind cofiguring a static IP address but this product setup is a joke. The manual does not match the display messages, the website questions are never answered and the tech support staff are not responsive. I assume from past reviews that if the product works it’s fine but if you can’t set it up then I would say don’t waste your time with this product.
